Ben Jones bring his diverse background and array of skills to the leadership team of William Way. Originally from a small suburb of Dallas, TX, Ben moved to Philadelphia after teaching high school for four years to pursue a career in non-profit management. After 3 years with an educational non-profit, Ben made the jump into the LGBT Non-profit world and joined us here at William Way.

In his spare time, Ben sits on the boards of a few other non-profit organizations, plays volleyball, dodgeball, and kickball for Stonewall Sports Philadelphia, and reads a lot of books.
