Topic: Playbills & the Theater- Joe Quinn & Stanley Field

 Stanley will discuss the history and evolution of the Playbill theater programs, with examples. Joe will discuss his work in the WWCC archives cataloging hundreds of Playbills, showing examples from well-known hits and flops, as well as vintage programs from the 30s and 40s. If any of you have saved historic Playbill programs, consider bringing them in to share your most treasured (or boring) moments of Philadelphia theatre-going.
