Curious about yoga? Looking for an inclusive space to start, re-start or improve your practice? Join us for a free three-session series that focuses on breaking down the fundamental postures of yoga. This slower paced class is open to all; you'll get detailed explanations of the most common and accessible asana (postures). Instructor Jaclyn McIlwain is an experienced, 200 Hour Certified yoga teacher with Teacher Training from Dhyana Yoga and Yoga for Trauma and Addiction Teacher Training from Transformation Yoga Project. All bodies and all levels are welcome at this free class. Class dates: April 11, 18, 25 at 6:30pm.
