The Archives is open to all. Access to our collections can be arranged during the Center's normal hours of operation. Please contact archives@waygay.org to let us know what you are researching and to schedule a time to visit. All collections are non-circulating and all materials must be used on site.

Donating to the Archives

The Archives actively seeks donations of materials that enhance our current holdings as well as monetary contributions to support the processing and preservation of our collections. We welcome gifts of individual and family papers and the archival records of LGBT organizations from the greater Philadelphia area. We are also glad to receive periodicals, pamphlets and other ephemeral material related to LGBT history. When gifts duplicate what is already in the collection, such material may be made available to other repositories. Please contact us to discuss the disposition of your materials.
